A Glimpse of Our Impact
- Institution of Valuers (IOV), the largest valuers body in India : On numerous occasions IOV has engaged us to train, deliver Continuous Professional Development (CDP) programs and conduct workshops for its members. Mr. Agarwal is also the Vice President and Faculty at IOV.
- Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) : SBEI conducted a one-day interactive session on urban land redevelopment, featuring live national and international case studies decoded by industry leaders. This workshop was to equip Urban Managers, i.e., Development Authorities and also the Smart City Managers to make marketable and bankable projects in a PPP Model.
- Institute of Town Planners of India (ITPI) : SARE in collaboration with ITPI conducted a month-long weekend crash course in Real Estate Development and Finance, packed with expert-led sessions, activities, and real-world simulations.
- Faculty workshop to real estate faculty of NICMAR : Invited by NICMAR, we conducted a 2 day intensive workshop for the real estate faculty of NICMAR, so as to orient them on real estate industry and bridge the academia – industry gap.
- Board of Studies of CEPT, SPA and AMITY- RICS : Our Founder, Mr. Sunil Agarwal founded the real estate program at CEPT University and Amity University. He was member of the board of studies and visiting faculty at SPA Delhi and has lectured on real estate at NIRMA University, Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), UK and at the Columbia University at New York.
